Prerequisites

ServiceNow Administration Fundamentals (SNAF) and six to twelve months of experience managing a production ServiceNow instance are required.

Course Description

This course is designed for experienced ServiceNow administrators who have been managing production instances for six to twelve months. Students work with application data, advanced security, performance analytics, and platform features — deepening their expertise and preparing for the ServiceNow System Administration certification.
