Prerequisites

ServiceNow Administration Fundamentals (SNAF) or equivalent ServiceNow administration experience is required. Basic familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is helpful.

Course Description

This course teaches low-code administrators and web developers how to build and customize ServiceNow Service Portals. Students learn portal configuration, widget creation, Branding Editor, AngularJS basics, and page design — enabling them to deliver intuitive self-service experiences for their organization's users.
