Course Description
This course provides a foundational understanding of the ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management (HAM) application. Students learn to track physical assets through their full lifecycle . from procurement through disposal . configuring asset records, contracts, stockrooms, and lifecycle states within the ServiceNow platform.
