Prerequisites
ServiceNow Administration Fundamentals (SNAF) or equivalent ServiceNow administration experience is recommended. A basic understanding of IT asset management concepts is also helpful.
Course Description
This course provides a foundational understanding of the ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management (HAM) application. Students learn to track physical assets through their full lifecycle — from procurement through disposal — configuring asset records, contracts, stockrooms, and lifecycle states within the ServiceNow platform.
