Course Description

RMF Project Management Advantage is a one-day course designed for RMF practitioners and managers at all levels who want to apply project management best practices and strategies to the RMF process. Students learn to plan, execute, monitor, and close RMF-related projects using the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) framework, improving their ability to manage authorization packages, POA&Ms, and ongoing compliance activities.
